To still be able to see the beauty of the world and also see the people that you love, you need a pair of eyes. Here are tips to keep your eyes stay healthy.

1. Eat Healthy Foods
Healthy food the foundation for a healthy and strong body and your eyes is also not an exception. Foods rich in omega 3 fatty acids, beta carotene is essential for eye healthy. Enough nutritional needs of your eyes by consuming fish oil, green vegetables, eggs, nuts, citrus fruits and carrots

2. Work with Enough light
Light play an important role determining the health of your eyes. If you work in a less lighting and a long time then your vision will certainly be damaged. Make sure the lighting above your head is not too bright or too dark so don't make your eyes get tired while working.
